My clients describe me as deeply present, nonjudgmental, and real. Clients often say they feel understood and connected in ways they haven’t before—and that I help them laugh, cry, breathe easier, and trust themselves a little more each session.

I specialize in working with people who are figuring out how to belong—to themselves, their relationships, or their identities. I work with folks who want to move through shame, find clarity, and feel safe enough to take up space in the world, just as they are.

I became a therapist because someone once held space for me in a way that changed my life. I want to offer that same care: the kind that sees your potential, honors your story, and believes you can grow into the life you deserve—no matter where you started.

My therapy style reflects the things that ground me: slowness, honesty, and a belief that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. My practice is intentionally low-pressure and person-first. Expect nuance, humor, and plenty of room to be human.
