I love working with people who are motivated and ready to do the work. I use strengths based, trauma informed, attachment and psychodynamic theory to help you understand yourself, your symptoms and to reach your goals.

Increase your personal power and strength despite whatever challenges you have faced. We can work on solving interpersonal issues, improving your relationships and your self esteem/self worth.

We are validating and empathetic. We are human, you are human, we might have the "degree" in being therapists professionally but you KNOW yourself better than anyone. The amount of medical professionals who belittle people's innate understanding of themselves drives us to be different at Be Behavioral Health Care.

We love working with individuals to help them increase their personal power and strength despite whatever challenges they have faced. At this time, our practice focus is to treat adults and the issues they present in session. We want to gain insight first before we see ourselves as something to "fix."

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. We were born with the need to connection.

Why did I name my practice "Be." - Be (Verb) means to exist or live. I am very passionate about helping others live the very best life that they can. We want to challenge burnout and hustle culture in mental health. This is therapy for thriving and not just surviving. This is therapy for human beings and not therapy by "algorithm."
