I work in collaboration with my clients to identify their personal strengths and utilize them to create positive changes in their lives. I employ techniques in an empathetic, inclusive and trauma-informed manner geared towards my client's needs.

work to develop a healthier lifestyle and improve emotional regulation, communication and stress management skills. We'll explore issues such as anxiety, depression, and/or trauma and the impact they have on your relationships and daily functioning.

are navigating various life transitions and/or are part of relationally or sexually diverse communities including LGBTQIA2S+, nonmonogamous and kink/bdsm members.
