I like to make people feel comfortable, like they’re catching up with a good friend, someone who gets them. My style is laid-back and approachable, but I’ll also gently challenge you to explore things you may have avoided. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals.

Create a space where you can talk freely about the things you’ve held in for years. We’ll set goals, check in on what’s working (and what’s not), and adapt together. I’m an open book, and I want you to feel safe bringing anything to the table.

I had a therapist when I was 13 who helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. Her support changed everything — and inspired me to help others the way she helped me.

I currently offer sessions via secure telehealth, and plan to open up in-person options in the Central Massachusetts area in the near future.
