I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and enjoy working with couples and individuals on relationship and other issues such as communication, conflict resolution, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, boundaries, grief, anger management, emotional regulation, life transitions, work life balance and depression.

I enjoy working with people from different ethnic backgrounds. I have daytime and evening hours and accept most insurances. If there is any crisis or emergency, please use 911 or your local emergency room.
