Together we will explore your unique path toward finding relief from your difficulties. I integrate parts work, CBT, and somatic techniques to assist with addressing present-day struggles as well as exploring their deeper roots. I offer guided parts exercises, education and practical skills, in-session practice, as well as EMDR therapy.

My clients describe me as inquisitive, open-minded, accepting, and compassionate. I am a positive, optimistic therapist who believes that there is hope for recovery from even the most challenging conditions. I aim to provide a stable and caring presence to support with the intensity of feeling the emotions that may come up in therapy.

In our first session, I will start by explaining important policies and procedures and make space for any questions you have. In our first session, my goal is to learn about your goals for therapy, your strengths and resources, your preferences, and any history you want to share. I also aim to help you feel comfortable with me and our work together.

I became a therapist because I believe that everyone needs someone to talk to who they can trust to accept them unconditionally, and I wanted to be that person. In addition to a calling to help others through their pain and struggles, I am called to help others experience peace, growth, and healing.

I honor diverse pathways to recovery and will support you in defining your own goals. I will respect your preferences, working with you at a comfortable pace, checking in about how you are feeling about the therapeutic process.
