Rachael Gay

My therapeutic approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I bring empathy, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to the therapy space. I use a holistic perspective to the work that allows for shared exploration.

We will collaborate to identify and work towards the changes you want to see, brainstorm ways to overcome patterns you feel stuck in, and support you in gaining the insight needed for progress. We will identify and celebrate each moment of progress.

I strive to bring a genuine, curious, and empathic energy to session that aims to support you in sharing your story and allows space for growth.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health issues, transitions, attachment, boundaries and interpersonal and family relationships. I aim to center a cultural humility lens in my approach.

Therapy supported me in making sense of and coping with my lived experiences and I want to support others in doing the same.
