My clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They appreciate my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space while gently guiding them toward meaningful insight and change.

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful connection. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they become more connected to themselves, more grounded in their experiences, and more fully aligned with who they are.

I am committed to standing in solidarity with marginalized communities. My work is rooted in equity, justice, and the ongoing pursuit of human rights for all people, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or background.
