My clients would describe me as warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as you are, even when things feel messy or you don't have the words for what you're experiencing. You don't have to have it all figured out to start.

You don't have to have the rights words or know exactly where to start. We'll talk about what's brining you to therapy, what life has been like lately, and what you hope might change. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and like we're figuring things out together.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported - to have someone in their corner when life feels overwhelming. My own experiences deepened my understanding of how much our experiences shape us and how important it is to have space to process them.

The Story Within Counseling was built on the idea that we all have stories that shape us. Stories of about loss, pregnancy, parenthood, anxiety, or life's many transitions.
