I draw on techniques from CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches to customize therapy for each individual. I have experience working with those who feel stuck due to anxiety, depression, trauma, mood difficulties and relationship challenges.

Together, we can work on recognizing and shifting negative thought patterns and developing tools to regulate emotions and tolerate distress. I provide support with setting boundaries, building self-confidence and navigating trauma experiences.

I'm passionate about supporting individuals and couple's as they navigate life's challenges and work toward wellness.
