I use a combination of interventions, with a primary emphasis on CBT and self-care. However, I tailor my approach to clients needs and preference. Other approaches include: psychodynamic, solution focused, attachment based, internal family systems.

I specialize in working with people who:

have a history of depression, anxiety, mood disorders and addiction. I have over 20 years experience in domestic violence and have a strong background in trauma informed care. I offer support groups related to these concerns.

I became a therapist because:

I found therapy to be a life changing and transformative experience for myself and I am super motivated to offer the same to others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I incorporate a body spirit mind connection and often use body movement (yoga), meditation and /or tapping to provide a more integrative approach.
