I EMDR trained. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach with clients, helping them to grow mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I am an eclectic clinician, primarily using both CBT with a humanistic approach.

I have struggled with my own mental health in the past. I know how lonely it can be when you're facing challenges times.
