I EMDR trained. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach with clients, helping them to grow mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I am an eclectic clinician, primarily using both CBT with a humanistic approach.

I have struggled with my own mental health in the past. I know how lonely it can be when you're facing challenging times.

I enjoy watching people heal their minds. It's what drives me in this profession. I will do whatever it takes to help get you back to your authentic self.
