As a diagnosed neurodivergent clinician, my goal will always be to meet other neurodivergent individuals where they are, closing the gap in talk therapy we have all faced for years. I offer a multi-dimensional, empathic approach tailored to your needs, whether you're working through the past, planning for the future, or just need a safe space to be heard.

I focus in treatment on building functional life skills and emotional understanding that last long after treatment ends - utilizing a variety of interventions to improve in areas like independence, communication, and fostering social connection, and many more.

Receptive & flexible - many describe feeling comfortable bringing up questions or concerns, noting that my openness to feedback helps the relationship feel collaborative. Also, my empathy & understanding allow them to open up about feelings they might not otherwise be able to share, giving them a consistent safe space to count on each week.
