It makes sense and I understand how life experiences can impact us, and cause us to feel “off balance” in our relationships with ourselves and others. We'll engage in a counseling relationship that allows to reclaim a natural state of well-being and feel revitalized. .

My ability to listen and support clients helps them begin to let go of emotional blocks and uncover new and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Clients can gain insight, honor their healing process and resolve personal issues from a holistic perspective in order to thrive and return to a healthy state of mental well-being.

I believe in the wisdom your body holds, the power of slowing down, and the healing that happens holistically from within. Life happened: motherhood, career, divorce, stepping into unexpected roles. I was functioning but depleted. My healing began when I found a wise teacher that allowed me to find journey back to myself became what I'm meant to share.

Revitalize Collective offers women's circles, retreats, mindfulness training, workshops, and digital resources. These are not clinical counseling services. Revitalize Collective is about truly coming home to yourself, finding your community, and creating space for the transformations that happen simply through being witnessed.
