I specialize in the use of mindfulness and trauma-informed therapies to explore core sources of emotions and actions, and to learn new ways of coping with life's stresses in order to feel better. I believe fostering self-love is an important part of being mentally healthy.

After our first session, most of my clients express feeling relief and hope. During our first session, we'll explore your goals and wishes for therapy, and explore how you'd like to feel better. At the end of our first hour together, you'll have someone on your side to help, and a plan to move forward.
