My approach is very collaborative. I believe my clients need me to understand their experiences of feeling: stuck, unmotivated, lost, living in fear-based thinking, or feeling trapped in grief. I understand how devastating this can be. I can help my clients get going again, moving forward and find a new way of showing up in their lives.

My clients and I are in the therapy room together and I have the ability to help them gain clarity in their lives. I am experiential in my approach and I help clients move through whatever is holding them back in life.

Straight forward, I am compassionate and hard working. I am smart and I know how to help.

Feel stuck in life, career, relationships and need support figuring out where to go next. I also consider myself a somatic therapist which means I work with trauma stuck in the body. This type of work is extremely effective.

I am deeply interested in helping people who struggle with Neuroplastic symptoms (Read Dr. Schubiners new book: Unlearn your pain). It is fantastic.
