After 15+ years in this field, I’ve learned that good therapy rarely comes from a script. I work especially well with high-achieving people who carry a lot of responsibility and are often the ones others rely on. My approach is existential and experiential, creating space to look beyond performance, gain perspective and explore the person underneath it.

Therapy is one of life’s great mirrors. You get out of it what you’re willing to put into it. I see myself as a sounding board who can help you notice the blind spots and patterns that are much harder to see from inside your own life. We’ll make room for honesty, discomfort, humor and discovery, and trust that not everything meaningful can be measured.

Warm, intuitive, candid and deeply present. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role isn’t to give you answers, but to help you see what may be difficult to see on your own. Through honest conversation, insight and new perspective, we’ll create the space for you to reach your own conclusions and trust the choices that follow.

I specialize in working with people who are successful on paper but know there’s more going on beneath the surface. Many are professionals, leaders and high achievers accustomed to carrying a lot and figuring things out on their own. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes growth itself is reason enough to walk through the door.

I’m in the helping profession because I’ve always been fascinated by people and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. More than 15 years later, that curiosity hasn’t left me. I still consider it a privilege to sit across from another person, understand their world and watch what can happen when someone begins seeing themselves.

I’m the founder of Speak;Easy Mental Wellness, a group practice that started in 2018 around a simple idea: therapy can be clinically excellent without feeling clinical. I wanted to create the kind of place I’d actually want to receive therapy myself, thoughtful, comfortable and distinctly human. That philosophy still shapes the way I practice today.
