I am warm and empathetic, while also being direct. I value honesty in the therapeutic relationship and my ultimate goal is to help people have a greater understanding of themselves and help them work towards living life in a way that is gratifying.

Identify the symptoms that are taking up a lot of your headspace, time, and energy, build a deeper understanding of why, and find tools that work for you specifically to give yourself back time and energy to invest in areas that are more meaningful.

are feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, sadness, loss of enjoyment in life, difficulty in relationships to better understand what is getting in your way and find ways that work for you to be more engaged and fulfilled in your day to day life.

I became a therapist because:

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is the honor I've had to hear people's stories and walk beside them for a chapter of it.

I am an LGBTQIA affirming, social justice aligned, and climate change aware therapist - all of these world issues impact our day to day living and can exacerbate anxiety & mood concerns. I'm a safe person to discuss and explore these concerns with.
