We will work toward meaningful goals, process past or current wounds, build healthier relationships and communication, and discover ways to move forward with greater hope and purpose.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I create a space where you can be your true self, feel heard and understood, and know you are not alone. I’ll support you, encourage you, and gently challenge you as we work toward healing and growth together.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a safe place to be heard, understood, and supported. Life can leave us carrying things we were never meant to carry alone. I wanted to help others find hope, discover their strengths, work through their wounds, and realize that healing and growth are possible.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Bring your questions, struggles, hopes, and even the things you have never said out loud. We will start where you are and take it one step at a time.
