Wren Bleisch

My approach is based in nervous system regulation, emotional attunement, and giving you the space and skills you need to move into the life you want. I have a profound love for creating a space where you can express painful emotions and memories, while receiving the warm, guided support you need to move through them. I focus on space between us together.

Together, we will establish what is most important to you, in processing trauma, decreasing reactivity, or understanding unhelpful patterns you have found yourself in. We will work with your emotions, body, and thoughts in a gentle and attuned way to increase your balance in life and move toward values. There is no judgment for the different parts of you.

Clients describe me as warm, present, engaged, and creative in my approach. Clients have expressed appreciation for my balance between empathy and being direct. I work hard to maintain a nonjudgmental therapeutic space, and I have had that space described as a "balm" and a "rescue." I have additionally been described as helpful and attentive in sessions.
