In my work, I focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I specialize in working with individuals ages 14 and older, particularly those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and navigating major life changes.

My goal is to empower clients with the tools to not only cope with life’s challenges but to move through them with greater resilience and peace.

I place great importance on developing a mutual sense of trust, as trust is the key to building a strong and healthy therapeutic relationship. I would be honored to begin walking alongside you through your mental health journey.
