My approach to Counseling is warm, collaborative, and strength based. I integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy to help clients build on their strengths develop coping skills, regulate emotions, and navigate life‘s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment, where clients feel understood and empowered.

Together, we will explore challenges, build on your strengths, develop, practical coping skills, and identify meaningful goals. I will provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, and understood as we work toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, healthier, relationships, and lasting positive change.

My clients describe me as compassionate approachable and encouraging. They appreciate feeling accepted for who they are, supported through challenges, and empowered to build on their strengths. Parents often value my ability to connect with children in a way that helps them feel comfortable, understood, and confident.
