I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that is tailored to each client. I am an EMDR trained therapist that incorperates modalities including emotion-focused therapy and internal family systems to assist my clients with healing their wounds and building a trusting relationship with themselves.

People have always told me that they felt safe with me and from an early age I have wanted to help others. Becoming a therapist was an easy decision.
