I desire to come alongside you and work with you to empower yourself. We will incorporate evidence based practices as well as yogic philosophy, breath work, various meditations and visualizations, skill building, and releasing trauma from the body.

I work particularly with spiritual and neurodivergent people. I specialize in chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep issues, which is not a complete list. My ideal client is open minded and motivated to learn and grow.

From a young age I experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. It is my greatest pleasure to share these tools with those in need.

I enjoy practicing yoga, backpacking, being in nature in general, sipping on tea, cats, and drumming. I deeply enjoy combining Eastern and Western medicine in an integrative way which can lead to profound healing beyond what therapy alone offers
