I believe that all individuals have the ability to discover change within themselves and find their greater purpose within their life. I have the tools to assist clients to build up a stronger foundation in order to achieve greater happiness.

In individual and group settings, I offer a safe, caring, and compassionate environment for all individuals seeking support surrounding self-exploration, trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, career, and other challenges.

I strive to help clients with emotions that have become problematic in their daily life through a solution-focused and person-centered approach.

I specialize in working with adult and adolescent individuals struggling with mood disorders, personality disorders, and/or trauma. In individual and group settings, I offer a safe, caring, and compassionate environment for all individuals.

I believe that through a therapeutic counseling relationship, every individual can unlock resolutions to any issue they may be facing.

I am also a member of the local American Legion Auxiliary and would love to continue to offer my services to the Veteran and first responder community.
