Kevyn Monier, MSW, LMSW, CBT-C at Heart and Mind Healing offers a space where you can finally exhale. I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My approach focuses on both your thoughts and emotions, using CBT and EMDR in a practical, real, and personalized way—because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

I became a therapist because I saw how mental health and performance are deeply connected. I enjoy helping athletes, students, and professionals develop confidence, overcome adversity, and build the mental skills needed to thrive both personally and in pursuit of their goals.

My practice helps individuals build resilience, manage anxiety and stress, improve performance, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and purpose. In addition to being licensed in Michigan, I am also licensed in Minnesota. For Minnesota clients, I will use Headway to manage insurance billing .
