In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, review your history, identify strengths, and discuss your goals. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I became a therapist because I believe healing and growth are possible for everyone. I am passionate about helping people navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create lives that feel more balanced, connected, and meaningful.

I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and perinatal mental health concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and resilience can flourish.
