In our first session I will get to know you, and focus on your individual needs and wants, and determine what you are hoping to get out of therapy through goal setting.

I become a therapist because I want people to have hope, and know that their present circumstances don't define them. To see their growth and reach to places they didn't believe they could get to, is very rewarding.

I am a former teacher and school administrator, with 17 years of service. I work with people of all ages and have a friendly demeanor that will make you feel comfortable and cared for.
