I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. Life can feel heavy, and no one should have to figure it out alone. My goal is to help people untangle their thoughts, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self.

While therapy is a serious process, I also like to incorporate humor into our sessions as I believe laughter can be one of the best medicines and can help to re-frame difficult situations. Together we'll make a custom treatment plan, with tailored methods that address your specific needs and goals.
