My therapy style is client-centered, meaning it's about you and your needs. I specialize in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which focuses on accepting what you can't change and changing what you can to connect to the values you care about.
Focus on what is important to you to live a meaningful and enjoyable life. We'll start with smaller goals that we will work on together, whether it be making quality relationships, gaining coping skills, or recovering from past trauma or loss.
Have anxiety and depression that is beginning to take over their lives. I welcome people who have solid goals for therapy and also those who don't know where to begin. I meet people where they're at and tailor therapy to your needs.
I want to give the warmth and support I feel everyone deserves when they are struggling with their mental health and need someone to turn to.

I also offer psychological testing for those that need extra help making sense of their situation or that need accommodations. I provide testing for ADHD, learning/intellectual disabilities, IQ, mood, and personality. I also do autism screenings.
