My approach to therapy is, utilizing the Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, in order for you to express your deepest concerns. I also find homework to be an effective tool.

Therapy is not a "one size fits all." as such, I tailor my therapy sessions uniquely to the client. My sense of humor also helps to relax the client.
