I approach our sessions with curiosity as someone who believes that you are the expert of you. I utilize evidence based theory to create an environment that is client focused and centered. You are the storyteller and I am the editor. I will meet you where you are at in how you see the world and how you want to craft your story.

Together we will create goals for your future and plot your journey along the path. We will explore your emotional, existential, and experiential reality. We will confront the challenges in your past, present, and future. And we will do it as equals. We will engage in dialogue that empowers you to move or be the you that you want to be.

My clients describe me as cerebral and empathetic. They describe me as curious, confident, and earnest. I am also grounded and my clients expect that they can tell me anything and that I will not shame them. My clients also know that I will not let them off the hook when pointing something out, but I will also not make any decisions for them.
