My approach is relational and conversational. I engage clients with warmth, curiosity, and sometimes a little bit of humor. I recognize each client as a unique individual with unique needs and tailor my approach to what works best for them. It is important for me to develop a strong, trusting relationship with my clients.

We will work collaboratively to define what healing and growth mean for you and then start taking steps to get there. We will dig deep, learn, and relearn. We will develop a deeper understanding of self. All of this will work together to make healing feel more tangible and less like a far off goal.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to, a good listener, intentional, understanding, honest, and supportive.

I work with women who feel burnt out doing it all and not getting much out of it. Many of my clients are women balancing multiple roles and identities who have lost themselves or what they want somewhere in the mix. They are on autopilot and don't remember the last time they stopped take a breath.
