Something to know about my approach is that therapy with me is a place you can finally exhale. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan. I create a warm, grounded space where you feel truly seen, not rushed or judged. Together, we slow things down and gently work toward feeling safer and more aligned in your life.

I specialize in working with people who feel burned out, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed, especially during life transitions. Many are stuck in patterns of overgiving and want support in feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens through genuine human connection, and I wanted to create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and real.

I support people who are tired of holding everything together. My practice focuses on compassion, boundaries, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
