I’ve always been curious about the "why" behind our actions and the stories we tell ourselves. Growing up, I found that music and art were ways to explore those depths, but I wanted to do that work directly with people. I became a therapist to help others navigate the "messy middle" of life, helping them find agency even when things feel uncertain.
