I want to hear the story of your life, and not for the reason you think. Many people think therapy is telling a stranger everything in order to be "fixed." I would like to hear your story because my guess is the answers you seek are already inside of you. My role is to help you rewrite and retell your story in a kinder and more purposeful way.

Bad things happen to us all. We all hit low points where we don't know where to go next. Together we will navigate your challenges, ease your suffering, and make meaning of it all. No topic is off-limits.

I am authentic, compassionate, and sometimes funny. My clients say I am intelligent, forthright and I never EVER judge them. That's because I don't.

I specialize in working with people who are going through big life changes and want those changes to help them grow.

I've always been interested in the human condition. I am eternally fascinated by people and their stories. Therapy helped me go through a very difficult time in my life, and I fell in love with the process and how it can change people's lives.

Aside from being a therapist, I am a mother of 3, a frequent walker of my dog, a coffee lover and an intellectual. I love to read, practice yoga, and discuss philosophy, religion, and spirituality.
