From the outside it may seem like you're holding it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. You might feel stuck in survival mode, find yourself constantly overthinking, or feel tired of pretending that you're okay. I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel stuck in survival mode due to trauma, PTSD, or CPTSD.

I became a therapist because I've seen how trauma, especially family, relational, war, and intergenerational trauma, shapes how people feel, cope, and connect. I wanted to help people make sense of their responses and heal in a way that feels safe, steady, and deeply human.
