I talk about real solutions to daily problems and functioning. I support clients in identifying their desired outcome, building upon strengths and skills they already possess, and learning skills to adapt to life's challenges.

address anything on your mind. We will set goals based on your concerns and develop a plan on how to most effectively provide you with relief. We will use processing and immediately applicable coping skills to create long lasting positive change.

I specialize in working with people who:

are from a variety of populations, ages, and walks of life. I am also DBT informed and use a variety of modalities to address the needs of each client. I am able to write letters for HRT and gender affirming surgery letters for doctors as needed.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people help themselves by giving them the tools to better their quality of life, find peace, and live their lives authentically.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that I can see anyone in Michigan through telehealth. It is accessible & cost effective to be able to turn on your computer and get high quality care.

I opened a private practice, A Thriving Place LLC, in November 2022. We are a diverse, queer owned group that provides trauma informed holistic mental health services. We prioritize providing a space for marginalized groups and empowering clients.
