Empathetic, understanding, practical, and neurodivergent-friendly would be the main ways to describe our group of therapists.
We meet you where you are at mentally and go at the pace you are ready to work. The approaches with our therapists include creative outlets and/or traditional talk therapy depending on what you are open to.
Together, we will explore your concerns and help you to embrace the change you are looking to create in your life. This can look like gaining personal insight, addressing patterns or avoidance, learning new coping tools, etc.
We have therapists with multiple specialties. Some of the specializations we have are ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, prenatal, career transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, and more.
Life can be rough and we want to help others work through their concerns because we know change can be scary, especially during tough times.
We offer different options to help you get the therapy you need. Traditional talk therapy, art therapy, creative therapies, online or in-person.
We are a growing group of therapists dedicated to doing what is best for the client and help them through whatever their concern is at this point in time. We will match you with the therapist that is best fit for you.
