I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, academic or career stress, and relationship challenges as you figure out next steps in life.

I became a therapist because I've seen how powerful it can be when people have a space where they feel truly heard and supported. I believe that with the right tools, insight, and encouragement, people are capable of making meaningful changes and building a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
