I take a collaborative, supportive, and practical approach to therapy. We focus on what feels most overwhelming right now and build coping tools you can use in daily life. Therapy moves at your pace and is centered on helping you feel more grounded, understood, and supported.

Together we will identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. We’ll focus on managing anxiety, depression, grief, or stress while building tools that help you feel more confident and balanced outside of sessions.

I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions. Many of my clients feel stressed, burned out, or unsure how to move forward.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves support during difficult seasons of life. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop skills that support emotional well-being and personal growth.

I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, family or relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence, focusing on practical tools that support growth and balance.
