I want our sessions to be as helpful as possible, so collaborating with you on what that means is very important to me. Some clients like for me to lead and have the sessions be more structured while others want them to be more free-flowing. If it doesn't work, I'm always down to switch up the approach.

I specialize in Reproductive Mental Health, which consists of sexual concerns, infertility, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD's). I am kink-affirming and work with many polyamorous/ENM clients.

I recently moved to WA State from MN. I am licensed in both states. I am currently seeing clients virtually but will also be in-person soon in WA.
