I prefer to be collaborative and engaged during sessions. I'm not going to be the therapist that just stares at you for an hour. I will actively work with you on your goals and anything additional you bring to each session.

Are feeling unsure about their gender/sexual orientation, are struggling with mood issues related to pregnancy, or those who've experienced miscarriages or traumatic births. I also connect with a lot of neurodivergent clients.

I recently moved to WA State from MN. I am licensed in both states. I am currently seeing clients virtually but will also be in-person soon in WA.

I specialize in Reproductive Mental Health, which consists of sexual concerns, infertility, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD's). I am kink-affirming and work with many polyamorous/ENM clients.
