I’m very active and goal-oriented in session, and I use many different techniques to challenge fear based thinking so I can help you navigate perfectionism, anxiety, & depression. Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious, either; dark humor is welcome!

Are adults trying to figure out who they are, how to ‘adult’, and decide what they want in life. They may identify as a people-pleaser and/or perfectionist who are tired of living their lives for others and losing themselves in the process.

Adulting is hard and I don't want my clients to feel like they have to navigate burnout, stress, or major life decisions alone. I got you.
