About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Conversational, empowering, personable, and honest (without being judgmental). Also a "bad influence" - the kind that can help you feel brave & free!

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I'm very active in session. I will share my thoughts if you would like to hear them and I will ask permission to challenge the thoughts/fears that may be getting in your way. Therapy doesn't have to be serious all the time either; Dark humor is OK!

  • Together, we will:

talk about interpersonal relationships (i.e. family dynamics, romantic partnerships), identity issues (i.e. diversity, self-confidence), and adulting obstacles (i.e. money management, major/career selection). We'll get you feeling clear & confident!

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are young adults trying to figure out who they are, who they want to be, & how they want to show up in life. They may identify (even silently) as a people-pleaser, care-taker, or peace-maker and they are tired and sick of living life for someone else

  • I became a therapist because:

Adulting is hard. And sometimes it is lonely, stressful, and confusing. I've been there. You don't have to navigate all of these decisions alone!

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am 100% telehealth. It's hard to compete with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of having therapy in your own environment!

  • More about me and my practice:

I take caring for my clients very seriously and I will treat you the way I would like to be treated. Fit is everything in therapy, which is why I offer a free phone consultation with every possible client so we can be sure we are a good match!
