My clients describe me as:
genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental, Clients appreciate my ability to be real, relatable, and actively engaged in sessions.
Something to know about my approach is:
it is most important to me to show up as a human being and to build a trusting relationship with you. With my extensive education, training, and lived experience, I will also offer insight, reflection, and skills alongside our relational work.
Together, we will:
explore how your past experiences influence your ongoing and current challenges. We will process past trauma and chronic stress, build insight to manage current day stressors, and strengthen your toolbox so that you feel ready to handle future stress
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced chronic stress and trauma, especially individuals who serve in a role helping and caring for others- healthcare providers, first responders, teachers, and parents. I also specialize in infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum stress.
More about me and my practice:
I have advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support trauma and chronic stress. ART has transformed my therapy practice and provides an opportunity to target symptoms from a bottom up approach, instead of typical talk therapy.
