I aim to find the right balance between challenging you to achieve your full potential & just meeting you where you’re at. As your therapist, I will be a positive support for you as you navigate your emotions and experiences.

Work on achieving your desired goals/personal growth. For starters though, a strong therapeutic relationship is a crucial part of your mental health journey so it is a priority of mine to make sure you feel comfortable when working with me.

Open-minded and supportive. Once you step into my office, you can expect a safe space for you to be your authentic self, unapologetically.

Struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions. I work with children ages 10+, teens, and adults :) Fidgets, games, coloring supplies, kinetic sand, weighted stuffed animals, and other grounding items are available too.

Therapy is a blessing. I get the honor of working along side many people and I get to see permanent growth and positive changes happen each day.

I have a fully furnished office with a window to let the sunlight in. Alternatively, virtual appointments allow more flexibility and we can wear PJs!

Outside of work, I love attending concerts, traveling the world, listening to music, and spending time with my loved ones (especially my 2 kitties).
