I work from a systemic lens, meaning that I look at our lives as a whole. I use narrative and attachment therapies to help clients be the author of their own story. I have advanced trainings in Gottman Couples Therapy, AIR Network, and Play Therapy.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, and autism. I work with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have an extensive background working with kids and teens in a variety of settings around anxiety and ADHD.

I became a therapist to show up for people who need it most. I believe in immense healing power of relationships.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

In my office in Minnetonka, you only see trees and sky out the window. It often can feel like a tree fort. We also have a impressive play room!
