I take a systemic approach to therapy. This means that I do not think symptoms just appear out of nowhere. We are products of our upbringing, relationships, events that have taken place, the music we listen to, and even the Netflix shows we binge.

Explore how your world and stressors are uniquely impacting you. We will explore the themes of your life, investigate what lessons you learned, and ask how or if these are serving you well. At the end, we will marvel in the confidence you gained!

I am most passionate about working with LGBTQ young adults and teens who experience anxiety about themselves and the world we live in. We will work together to feel secure in your relationships, reduce anxiety, and connect with your authenticity.
