Attentive, genuine, and approachable. Someone who makes it easy to open up, meets you where you’re at, and works alongside you rather than trying to tell you who to be or what to do. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself, not like a clinical appointment where you’re expected to have all the answers.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start figuring out what you’re looking for out of therapy! You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We'll go at your pace, talk about what feels important to you, and start building a space where you can feel comfortable showing up as yourself.

I believe in the power of connection to create meaningful change. I see healing as a way to reconnect with ourselves, our communities, and our values while questioning the expectations and systems that shape our lives. I hope to help people find greater self-trust, authenticity, and freedom to be who they are.

I primarily work with teens, women, and LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and collaboration, helping you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels more authentic to you.
