Attentive, thoughtful, grounded, authentic, and encouraging. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted as you are. I’ll meet you where you’re at, bring curiosity rather than judgment, and work alongside you as you figure out what feels right for you.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring what you hope to get out of it. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you’re ready for. We’ll move at your pace and start wherever feels right for you.

I believe in the power of connection to create meaningful change. I see healing as a way to reconnect with ourselves, our communities, and our values while questioning the expectations and systems that shape our lives. I hope to help people find greater self-trust, authenticity, and freedom to be who they are.

I primarily work with teens, women, and LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and collaboration, helping you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels more authentic to you.
