I specialize in working with adults who have spent years feeling like they're not living up to their potential, often because of undiagnosed or undertreated ADHD. I became a therapist because 10 years ago, it became clear that this is what I'm meant to do. I found I had a genuine ability to help people see themselves and their situations differently. That, combined with curiosity about the human experience and a desire to reduce suffering, made this path feel less like a job and more like my life's work.

My practice is built on years of focused work with adults dealing with some of the most challenging and misunderstood conditions. I bring that experience into every session, along with a genuine passion for this work that hasn't dimmed. Connecting with people who are ready to make real changes, however incremental, is something I consider a privilege.
