My practice is here to support people who want to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should feel both helpful and enjoyable, so our time together will be focused, supportive, and meaningful. I use humor and a practical approach to keep things simple and achievable for you.

Together we will work to create a plan to address your concerns, both from the past and present. I have tools that you can incorporate into your daily life on day 1, and will offer reading recommendations, suggestions to improve focus and motivation, and role play difficult conversations when needed.

My clients describe me as action oriented, providing solutions for real changes they can make, offering many suggestions that they can try out. They often appreciate that I am able to help them navigate the session, asking thoughtful questions, rather than sitting in silence and waiting for them to take the lead.

I specialize in working with people who have relationship challenges (spouse, co-workers, parents), PTSD, anxiety, adult ADHD, and seasonal depression. I have helped clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

I became a therapist because I am genuinely curious about the human experience and ways to reduce suffering.

Mental health is one topic I could talk about everyday. I feel it is the honor of a lifetime to connect with people who are willing to share and make changes (even small ones!) to help improve your day-to-day life.
