I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, stress, and trauma. Clients often seek support during break up issues, divorce, infidelity, burnout, caregiving, stress, infertility, codependency concerns, life transitions, life challenges and attachment style concerns

I became a therapist after noticing how often people—sometimes complete strangers—felt comfortable opening up to me and sharing their life stories. Those experiences showed me the importance of feeling truly heard and inspired me to create a safe, supportive space for others.

I offer engaging online or in-person therapy for children using interactive whiteboard tools and games to keep sessions interactive. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with teens to focus on thoughts, beliefs, patterns and past experiences. With adults, I focus on their story, beliefs, patterns, and past experiences using talk therapy & some techniques.
