I work with people who hold on to anxiety, depression, stress, grief and trauma and are ready to build more confidence, and connection. Many of my clients come to therapy after downplaying their stress, anxiety or emotional pain because they're still functioning. Together, we explore what brings you to therapy, including self-doubt, relationship patterns, fears, and feeling stuck or stagnant. I help clients work through negative core beliefs, reactive patterns, trauma, attachment issues, boundaries, codependency and triggers using talk therapy, Brainspotting, and other awesome techniques to support meaningful change.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, stress, and trauma. Clients often seek support during relationship challenges, burnout, caregiving stress, life transitions, life challenges or feelings of loneliness, attachment concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

I became a therapist after noticing how often people—sometimes complete strangers—felt comfortable opening up to me and sharing their life stories. Those experiences showed me the importance of feeling truly heard and inspired me to create a safe, supportive space for others.

I offer engaging telehealth therapy for children using interactive whiteboard tools, activities, and games to keep sessions meaningful and involved. I also use shared whiteboards with teens and adults when helpful to create insight. Online therapy offers comfort, convenience, and flexibility and is just as effective as in-person care.
